Revitalize Historic Palatka (RHP), is pleased to announce the return of “The Florida Azalea Festival” to its previous level of statewide recognition. This will be the 75th year of this event and we are planning to make it a successful event to be enjoyed and remembered by all. Many of the past features, as well as new, will be combined to provide something for all ages and interest groups. There will be activities for the young, and old, and a wide variety of vendors showing crafts, collectibles, and artists showing their creations including fine arts to be viewed and purchased. As before, there will be a fine selection of delicious food and live entertainment at the Riverfront. Revitalize Historic Palatka is a group of individuals who desire to see our City and this Event return as a first-class community event. To accomplish this requires a substantial investment which RHP cannot fund alone. City permitting fees alone
exceed $13,000. Any funds remaining after expenses will be utilized to support
community improvements and future events downtown. We are seeking corporate and individual sponsors who share our love for this City and “The Florida Azalea Festival” and desire to see this type of success in Palatka again.
